Once upon a time soup, they was a shoe. Now this shoe was badly damaged and desperately wanted to find the other exactly like it so it wouldn't be lonely. It searched and searched but to no avail. The shoe weeped by a well until midnight. When it stopped, the well began to glow and out came a shout. "Dear twin! It is I! The other exactly like it!" The shoe was shocked and was so excited it jumoed into the well and broke. The other one exactly like it cried and cried, until the well was filled so much that it spilled onto the land. The tears of the other one exactly like it seeped into the ground where plants shot up and pairs of shoes began to grow.
